About me

I bring over 15 years of experience helping professionals navigate workplace challenges. With a psychology degree from the University of St Andrews and postgraduate training in occupational psychology and mindfulness based cognitive behavioural therapy, I combine academic insight with practical coaching expertise.
In addition to individual coaching, I have over a decade of experience in wellbeing data analytics and designing organisational wellbeing programs — ensuring strategies are not only evidence-based but also measurable and impactful. I’ve worked on wellbeing initiatives and resilience programs across industries including financial services, tech, media, law, and construction, collaborating with senior leaders and teams at all levels.This background allows me to offer clients support that blends scientific rigour with practical solutions, driving meaningful and lasting change.

Pricing for individuals
My session fee is £100 for 60 minutes, or £500 for a block of six sessions when booked together. I believe coaching should be accessible, so if cost is a concern, we can discuss a reduced rate based on individual circumstances.Whether you’re seeking short-term support or long-term growth, sessions are tailored to your needs.
